As with every member of the RPS team, Laura is a true property expert and always goes above and beyond for our clients. Her knowledge spans across all areas including: residential sales, sales chasing, lettings and property management, showing a true understanding of the industry.

I’ll start at the start! I was on £50 a week for 60 hours work a week when I first started as a trainee estate agent 17 years ago. Back then I quickly learnt that estate agency wasn’t an industry you could simply sit back and take it easy in, contrary to popular belief!

After working my way up within the first company, like many agents, I decided to take the leap of faith and join a corporate estate agency. Again, I climbed the corporate ladder this time and at one point oversaw many branches across the South Coast stepping in for Branch Managers when they had time off. I quickly learnt the difference in property pricing across many areas, which also gave me a broad understanding of the many reasons why people move, how they cope and what support they need throughout the process.

Flashing forward to 2007 and this was one of the proudest years of my life. I was given the wonderful opportunity of opening RPS Estate & Letting Agents with my Mother, Angie Rowe. We both had a very firm belief that estate agency needed to change, in a way that truly placed the customer first.

We always said ‘never forget where you come from’ and these words never leave me or the RPS team, our clients are what got us to the point RPS is at today. We proved this by winning the Gold award for Estate Agency of the Year in 2015, based purely on customer feedback and fending off the corporate estate agencies as well as other local independents.

It was with great sadness that my mother passed away in July of 2016. She left behind a company, an honest estate agency, that I’m able to continue on with and build even further based on the same beliefs and family ethos that we started it with.

This is what I am about and although I am an experienced property expert, I also believe in providing something different, something that our clients remember us for and recommend to others.

Bryony is one of the resident property experts at RPS and as with every member of staff, her knowledge spans across all areas including; sales, lettings, property management and investment property. Bryony has incredible passion for the property industry and a deep understanding of how to get results for clients.

Danielle Clarke Branch Manager - Property Expert

Heading into 13 years worth of estate agency experience. Danielle has a calm but truly pro active nature that makes for a perfect Branch Manager and is a very well experienced property expert.

It takes time in this industry to really understand the varied situations of sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants and property investors. Danielle has worked her way from the traditional negotiator days, before the computers took over estate agency desks, she has a deep understanding of how the industry requires effective communication and traditional methods to sell or let a property.

However, being young enough to understand how technology and modern methods can assist in the property industry, Danielle embraces this to mix the two to create great results.

A hands on manager who lives locally in Gosport, with her partner and two young children, Danielle is a true property expert with an abundance of local knowledge and most certainly knows her stuff!

All of our contractors are professionally indemnified and go through a thorough check with the RPS team before offering maintenance services for our landlord clients.

Chloe Spong Mortgage & Financial Advisor

Chloe joined Moneysprite in February 2018 as a mortgage consultant based in Hampshire. She has 5 years experience working within the financial services industry. Chloe started her career initially working as an administrator within an independent mortgage advisers, she then became CeMap qualified in August 2017 and is keen to build her career in finance. During her spare time Chloe plays netball in a National league.

Being the MD at RPS, Mark Rowe ensures all of the images used for the marketing of our homes are at the very highest standard. MR Captures not only captures all of the video and photographic imagery for RPS but also other local businesses across the local area and sporting events, such as the recent cycling National Hill Climb 2020 race.
