I recently sold a property to an investor just around the corner to this one in St Hellier Road, Gosport. Almost identical to this, it was another three bedroom semi-detached with en suite and conservatory. The only difference being was that it wasn’t in as nice internally.
I’ve lined tenants up to move in very soon and they are paying £825PCM.
Moving on to this one though, it already has an existing tenant who would like to remain long term and is paying £850 PCM! This works out to be a 5.1% Gross Yield, even if you pay full asking price!
